Description
The contracts of Kevin Nash, Sting and Ric Flair are all causing TNA Wrestling to use them less. The way their deals are structured, there are a set number of dates they are obligated to work. After the set number, there charge per appearance goes up significantly. This was also the reason why Rob Van Dam was written off TV. TNA is trying to cut costs as revenue has been down and expenses have been up. From what I understand, TNA has been trying to renegotiate these contracts but the performers are playing "hardball" regarding their dates. There was a similar situation with Mick Foley that led to his hiatus from TNA.
