THEY TOOK TIME TO SHOW & EXPLAIN!!! The crew that worked on my car, took time to SHOW me and EXPLAIN to me what was found, the ramifications, the fixes, the preventive measures to take - all in all this experience was excellent and what ALL CAR REPAIR should be like. These gentlemen worked hard to satisfy, were more than courteous (dare I say friendly) and great professionals! I WAS MADE TO FEEL SPECIAL!!! I live in Texas and my brakes were making my car shake. I went into Just Brakes they greeted me promptly and got right to work. The customer service was great. They explained everything to me and to my husband over the phone. The gentlemen that were working there were friendly and had a smile on their face. They made me feel special. Great job Just Brakes team.
