Japan: Damaged Fuel Rod Container at Onagawa Nuclear Plant - No Safety Concerns (!!??!!)

4y ago

When was this reactor scheduled to restart?! How does Tohoku Electric Power Company define "safety concerns?" BTW, the damaged rods are in a cooling pool, nothing to do with the reactor. The pool itself presents a HUGE safety concern! Are they all idiots or do they think we are?
