Its summer time, and I find myself outdoors alot more often which is great bc Im more active BUT I also realize my diet is suffering bc Im always eating out! Alot of guys (especially myself) tend to not only eat bad when they are out, but also OVEREAT. TIP: The best thing to do besides eating super healthy when you are out eating is to keep your portion small and not overeat. Even if you are eating foods that are high in calories, keeping your portions small will help tremendously on keeping you on track with your goals. What I use as a gauge for controlling my food portions is I eat just enough food so I am not hungry anymore (but not full either).
