This is my 2 year old nephew Drake. He was diagnosed with Angelman Syndrome when he was 15mo old. AS, as it is typically called, is a neurological syndrome that causes developmental delays, speech impairments, and overall motor skill delays. Common among AS is also a very happy, upbeat demeanor.
