http://www.ktnkenya.tv The government has taken measures to prosecute police officers involved in the torture of civilians during the post election violence period. Police spokesman Eric Kiraithe, who is part of a delegation attending the United Nations committee on human rights conference in Geneva, said 44 police officers have so far appeared in court. The Kenyan delegation led by justice minister Eugene Wamalwa, presented Kenya's scorecard in tackling human rights violations.
