The EPA fines oil companies for not using nonexistent product. In typical Orwellian fashion the Obama administration requires oil refiners to use cellulose biofuel that does not exist and them fines them for not using it. This is a classic example of Obama's war on energy and radical ideology. No wonder gas prices remain higher than when Obama took office.
