The Bent Penny Stringband found itself amidst some high culture last night as it played before an audience at the Dallas Museum of Art. Well, the wine and cheese crowd was very receptive to our old-time hillbilly music. That's Andrew Bond on the fiddle; Travis Brink on the guitar, and me, Dean Barber, banging away on the old banjo. I tried playing with my pinky finger extended but it did not work so well.
