Cooking with Señor Arpakasso! Today we make Chocolate Fondant (or lava cakes!). So gooey, so delicious~! Enjoy! Serves 5 Prepared on ramekins or coffee cups Ingredients: 133 grams chocolate (couverture or cooking chocolate) 133 grams salted butter 3 whole eggs 3 egg yolks 67 grams caster sugar 83 grams plain flour Extra butter and cocoa powder to grease your moulds. Bake at 180°C for 13 minutes.
