Rose Marie Wilson says the shooting next door has been hard to forget."I feel nervous. I don't go outside. I water my garden early in the morning," said Wilson.That murder happened during a birthday party at Wilson's neighbor Lashunda Brown's house April 21st. At the time, Brown was hosting a birthday party for her brother.Police say two masked men demanded money they opened fire killing Brown and injuring three guests.Detective Christopher Cote says police now believe this was no random crime."All indications are pointing towards it's possibly someone that's familiar with the family. the victim and friends of the family," said Cote.In the days since the murder police have handed out fliers to neighbors but so far they haven't received the tip that leads them to the gunmen.That's where they hope a new fund comes in.3rd District councilman Walter Hunt announced Monday that the Woods Amphitheater Community Fund would be donating $2000 to the reward.Combined with the Crime Stoppers reward that was already offered the total reward is now $3000.Wilson hopes it's enough to bring the family and her peace."If they come over and shoot them what will they do to me. I'm an old woman."
