Unknown film possibly called Captain Umpteblojowski. The blonde haired girl is actress Virginia Davis, a child hood star who was featured in early Disney silent films. She appears within 28 seconds. No one knows anything about this film including the Library of Congress film division! 8mm short - not a Castle Film but similar. Little girl dreams of a tiny man floating from the sky only to rescue him to live in her doll house. Any info on this film is greatly appreciated.
