That is the subject of Before the Beginning With Chris Polk, a short film chronicling University of Washington running back Chris Polk as he prepares for the NFL Scouting Combine. Filmed in the spring of 2012, Before the Beginning provides an intimate look at a young man on the verge of achieving his childhood dream, and the hopes and anxieties that go with it.
