In the Name of Allah the Most Beneficient the Most Merciful, Praise be to Allah and Peace and Blessings upon Allah's Messenger and his Family and his Companions and those who follow him. Allah the Almighty said: {And if they seek your help in religion, it is your duty to help them}. And the Messenger, Peace and Blessings be upon him said: {Release the prisoner} and as he said: {The Muslim is a brother of the Muslim; he does not oppress him; he does not betray him; and he does not fail him; every Muslim's blood, money, and honour is forbidden to every other Muslim}. To the sincere sons of our nation, we are your brothers the prisoners in the Iraqi prisons. We send to you this message to address your live consciences and your genuine Arab honour. We explain to you in the message years of suffering and days where we tasted varieties of torture and humiliation and shame. In the American and Iraqi prisons, a night doesn't pass on us where we wish that a morning emerges on us and Allah has Taken us to Him, from the harshness of what we receive at the hand of the prison guard. With that, the Jordanian government had communication from us during its visit to the American prisons; the Americans offered to hand us over to Jordan and indeed we signed release papers at the end of 2008. And we were waiting for the plane that would transfer us to Jordan, but the Jordanian government refused to receive us with excuses that Allah Knows more about. And a year didn't pass before we were handed over to the Iraqi government and a new agreement was signed between the Jordanian and Iraqi governments. And this agreement was not acted upon and we remained in a country that doesn't show mercy and applies the worst of torture, with the excuse that we are terrorists, even though we were convicted upon a law that went over the line and sentenced us to between 10 and 15 years. We entered Iraq legally, and the Jordanian government is aware of that and they didn't interfere, although they were capable of that. They didn't care about us as well, not as relatives, or as countrymen. Lately, the Iraqi government offered the Jordanian government to sign a new agreement to exchange prisoners, but the Jordanian side refused that even though many countries signed agreements with Iraq like Saudi Arabia, Libya, Tunisia, and others. We show some of our suffering in what follows. Firstly, one of the Jordanian prisoners was killed by being injected with a poisoned needle in one of the prisons of Baghdad. He was left agonising on the floor and the prison guards were laughing loudly at him until he died by the Will of Allah. We apologise for not mentioning names for security reasons. Secondly, we were all exposed to torture at the hands of the American soldiers and Iraqi police in a gruesome manner that would turn children's hair white. Thirdly, the soldiers and prison guards would curse the wives of the Messenger of Allah (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him), and his Noble Companions, and the symbols of the honourable Ahl Al-Sunnah. The tragedy is continuing, and is there among the sons of our nation and our brothers that would fold up their sleeves to support us and save us from what we are going through? And the Prophet (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him) says: {Whoever helps a Muslim to overcome a plight from the plights of life, Allah Will Help him overcome a plight from the plights on the Day of Judgment}. So support, support, oh People of Support. And the Peace and Mercy and Blessings of Allah be upon you. Your brothers the Jordanian prisoners in the Iraqi prisons
