The executive has rescinded it's decision to appeal against a high court ruling, outlawing President Kibaki's appointment of 47 county commissioners.The decision emerged after Attorney General Prof. Githu Muigai's office wrote to the PS in the ministry of internal security, advising him not to appeal against the ruling.
