Description

Artist Clayton Tycksen set his sights on filling up 80 square feet (16'x5') of concrete with his piece for this year's Utah Foster Care chalk festival. With a theme of "Superheroes" set for the event, and the recent success of The Avengers motion picture, Clayton chose to chalk a mural of both Iron Man and Captain America (plus it's just cool!). Some interesting statistics about the drawing: 1 artist 16' x 5 ' = 80 sq. ft. Used over 6 boxes of chalk 29.5 hours of continuous drawing This is Clayton's 4th chalk drawing to-date A time-lapse video was also produced. With one photo every 20 seconds, there were more than 5000 photos taken. This video will be posted shortly.
