now guys, this is a game changer ! 1 ingredient vegan whipped cream, organic and natural. oh and with zero lactose or bad cholesterol. vegan whipped cream full recipe: 2 cans of chilled organic coconut milk (with guar gum) instructions: - chill the coconut milk in the fridge for a few hours or over night. it helps separate the coconut cream from the coconut water. - the guar gum is a stabiliser that will make the whipped cream smoother. it's from natural origin, so i'll let it slide this time, although you know how i normally feel about additives... - ok, so open the cans and gently scoop out the coconut cream until the liquid that's left in the can is clear (coconut water). save the coconut water in the fridge to make for example smoothies with later. - whip the cream ! i'm doing it by hand cause i'd love some bigger arm muscles, but you can use electricity for this one if you want. i won't judge. - if you want a thicker consistency, just pop it in the fridge and it will get denser. if it gets too dense, whip it again. - enjoy just like it is, or add some maple syrup or agave for added sweetness. life as vegan will never be the same again ! oh, the blog is having some tech probs, but should be fine again soon ! sorry sorry ! love // jenny
