Hey everyone! In this video I share my thoughts on "movement practice" and how to stay healthy while you try to become a better mover. In this case, we're talking about exploratory human movement: Capoeira's 'floreio' movements are a large part of this, but this video doesn't stop there: it refers to the practice of all human movements. This includes flows, acrobatics, handbalancing, gymnastic strength, you name it. Even weight training or walking to the park is not exempt, though I do not specifically talk about that.
