Transcript: Hey operators. Procera here. We recently launched ScoreCard, the solution that changes the way broadband quality is measured and rated, because it's not only speed that matters. ScoreCard rates the quality your network is capable of delivering with a score from A to F in seven categories that matter to subscribers. All traffic is monitored all the time at strategic points in the network. Score perspectives are broken down by device, location, and network node, providing actionable insights into your network's performance. Imagine peak hour. One area in the topology of a cable network experiences poor web surfing crossed by high packed loss and ScoreCard gives a D rating. The video streaming services is not impacted as packet loss is not severe enough to impact the video play at buffer so it's still gets a B rating. However, real-time gaming receives an F as it is severely comprised by the network. ScoreCard breaks the performance metrics out in different topology areas of the network showing which nodes are problems and how the subscriber experience is impacted in that specific area. ScoreCard enables operators to see these imperfections in their network. With actionable insights at your fingertips ScoreCard gives operators the power to make informed decisions about how to deliver an improved subscriber experience and manage subscriber expectations. Procera ScoreCard, experience first.
