100-kg Barbell Hip Thrusts x21-15-9 32-kg Kettle Bell Swings x21-15-9 3-round superset for time. Scott Brady of Metal Rhino, and Glute Guy Bret Contreras devised this Crossfit inspired "WOD": I used a 32.3-kg dumbbell for the swings and came in at 5:35. My glutes are strong, but my cardio is lousy! The WOD is short but brutal. Talk about occlusion training! My glutes and hammies were so pumped, I could barely walk around.
