New Client Flow Following the Path of Least Resistance

Description

Compare your practice to a valley with a river flowing through it. Whenever the river encounters boulders, fallen trees, rock slides and so forth, it will always try and follow the path of least resistance in finding a way to flow around it. The same rule applies to your practice, if you have barriers in the way of people flowing through your clinic, then you will not have an abundance of new clients and your "riverbed" will star to dry up. In this episode of Whiteboard Wednesday, Dr. Joel Parker of Veterinary Practice Solutions discusses the key things you can do to remove the barriers from your client flow resulting in a smooth, steady stream of new clients coming through your practice.
