Punters can pay to smash a wide range of electronic and household goods, as the partake what Tom Farrenkopf, owner of Das Breakroom, calls "recreational destruction therapy". Since Das Breakroom opened its doors on April 15, customers have flocked to smash out their rage, ranging from $1 USD items during the store's happy hour (before and after work time) to group packages. The packages include dishes, electronics such as photocopiers, fax machines, printers, computer monitors, and vacuum cleaners. Tom suffered anger problems when he was a child, which inspired him to open a store where people can express their anger in a private and safe way. His plans for the future include opening two new stores, one in Seattle and one in Las Vegas.
