Here is my first video and here is my measurements using a Body Composition Analyzer Male / Age: 34 / Height: 5 ft 11 inches 1/2 / Weight: 186 LB / BMI: 25.6 / Body Fat %: 13.6% My goal is to make my HEALTH & FITNESS my #1 Goal and my #1 Priority in my life again. I allowed a very successful and lucrative real estate career to get in the way of living healthy, maintaining a work out routine, and eating clean. So here I am at 186 LBS and 13.6% body fat % which is high for me. Truth be told I was 189 LBS just a few days earlier and said enough is enough! I am going to get under 8% Body Fat %! I'm really not that concerned with my weight as much however I plan to shed 10LBS of fat and replace it with lean MUSCLE and be ONE of the Project 10 WINNERS Starting in July 2013 with ViSalus Body By Vi Challenge - Project 10.
