More info on each amp and its settings in the individual amp videos. A Gibson SG was played, a Shure SM57 was placed against the amp cloth, about 1-2 inches off-center of the speaker. An Apogee Duet A-D converter was used into Garage Band. A Boss Loop Station captured the guitar performance to insure the exact same performance was used in every amp, every instance. The guitar performance is meant to be simple, loose, and low-key, using varying positions to reveal the amp sound. Please don't waste our time with any criticism of the guitar playing. It's pointless. This could have been done a million different ways. It is meant to be a comprehensive and informative (mostly vintage Fender) tube amp comparison and is something that was not previously available like this. Thanks.
