Description

Mac Miller has signed a new deal with Warner Bros Records! The American rapper, who first started rapping at just 14-years-old, has come a long way since his breakthrough in 2010 as a signed artist with independent label Rostrum Records, also home to fellow rapper Wiz Khalifa. Earlier this year, he announced he was leaving the record label to work under his own independent label, REMember Music. Under Warner’s deal, Miller will receive $10 million along with the freedom to sign new artists under his own label. The 22-year-old will also continue to work on his solo project, both producing and rapping. “Warner is the most independent thinking company I met with,” Miller told The FADER. “It is a partnership and now I can focus on building my label REMember through music and let them handle everything I don’t like doing,” he added. As Miller ventures to new projects, his fans can enjoy his latest single, “Just Some Raps, Nothing to See Here, Move Along.” For all the latest music news, keep it here on M news!
