Many fitness beginners buy gym memberships with the best intentions only to work out once. We believe 100% effort equals 100% results A TYPICAL DAY On arrival at La Vida Boot Camp you will be met by the house manager and shown around your luxury new home for the next week. You will then meet the rest of the group, after which you will have a one to one consultation with your personal trainer, along with your measurements being taken and recorded. A typical day at La Vida Boot Camp consists of: Early morning rise and shine Breakfast Light walk to the beach for sunrise workout sessions Warm up and energising exercises Resistance training session Lunch Nutrition workshop A variety of afternoon activities will be on offer, including mountain walks, paddle boarding and kayaking Pilates Dinner Free time The pain you feel today will be the strength you feel tomorrow Q: WHAT DO WE OFFER? Every morning will start with a beach session which will consist of Pilates, team games or warm up workouts, the rest of the sessions will change daily. *How fit do I need to be to attend? Any one who is medically fit to participate in vigorous physical activity will be suitable to attend our Boot Camp. Our training and activity program is designed to be adaptable for a variety of fitness levels. *Will I be OK to come on my own? Most of our Bootcampers come by themselves, booking a shared room. However, we have single occupancy rooms if people prefer their own space. During the course of the week you will find lasting friendships are formed. *What happens if I fall ill or injure myself at boot camp? You must report this to a member of staff immediately, so we can notify our 24 hour on-call doctor. *Do you have a laundry service? There are self-service laundry facilities on site. *What if I have any specific nutritional needs? We can cater for all needs, however we must be notified on booking. *What do I need to bring? A complete list of what you need to bring will be sent to you on completion of booking. *What will I have to eat whilst at Boot Camp? La Vida offers 3 nutritional meals a day along with snacks and plenty of fluids. *What is your cancellation policy? The deposit is non refundable, however we will endeavour to fill your space and move you to the next available course. *What payment method can I use.
