Description
Congressman Andy Barr (KY-06) speaks on the House floor about the burdens over-regulation is placing on American economic recovery. Barr argues that Congress needs to stop abdicating its legislative authority to unaccountable and unelected bureaucracies, and remove the avalanche of red tape that is hurting American families by preventing the American economy from recovering and creating jobs.
