យន្ដការ៨ចំនុចដើម្បីកាត់បន្ថយអំណាចរដ្ឋ របស់ គណបក្ស សម្ព័ន្ធ ដើម្បី ប្រជាធិប្បតេយ្យ៖ ១. ត្រូវកំណត់អាណត្ដិ សម្រាប់នាយករដ្ឋមន្ដ្រី (២ អាណត្ដិ)។ ២. មិនអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យនាយករដ្ឋមន្ដ្រីបង្កើតក្រុម អង្គរក្ស ដោយខ្លួនឯង។ ៣. ត្រូវរៀបចំគេហដ្ឋានឱ្យនាយករដ្ឋមន្ដ្រីរស់ នៅ ដែលផ្ដល់ដោយរដ្ឋា។ ៤. ត្រូវបង្កើតតុលាការរដ្ឋបាល។ ៥. ត្រូវសុំការទុកចិត្ដពីសភា សម្រាប់តួនាទី ភារកិច្ច និងឋានន្ដរសក្ដិចាប់ពីថ្នាក់ឧត្ដមសេនីយ៍ យោធា និងនគរបាល។ ៦. អព្យាក្រឹត្យមន្ដ្រីរាជការ។ ៧. បោះឆ្នោតដោយផ្ទាល់ ជ្រើសរើស និងទំលាក់តំណាងគ្រប់លំដាប់ថ្នាក់ ដោយប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ (ថ្នាក់ឃុំ/សង្កាត់ ស្រុក/ខណ្ឌ និងខេត្ដ/ក្រុង)។ ៨. ប្រើប្រព័ន្ធឯកត្ដនាមជ្រើសរើសតំណាងរាស្ដ្រ ។ Political Opinion The 8 following points of Mechanism that can guarantee the Powers of the People 1.
