I haven't made one of these kind of videos for a while but they are fun to make and don't take a lot of effort. Video idea origins: I heard a joke on Bobby Lee's youtube channel where he said that his guest, Nick Rutherford, looked like the in between section of Gollum's transformation. It made me think, "That could be a funny montage if the music was different." Then I remembers making a different montage video with Team America. I used Making Time by the Creation which was a song that was used in a montage in the movie Rushmore, directed by Wes Anderson. So Basically I thought, "Why not?" It makes me feel good to upload a youtube video even though it's not my original content and didn't take a lot of time to create. Sorry If this isn't funny to you. It might not even be funny if you've seen Rushmore because the Gollum transformation is kind of dark. Maybe you'll find the contrast between a dark montage and an upbeat scene to be interesting. I thought it was cool to watch. For all I know it might just be me who sees this but hey it was fun to make.
