This is another mothers recipe. I know other people make this quite differently. Either with more sugar or salt. Vinegar, etc. But this is how my mom makes it and its how I like it! I like to share these recipes but my main reason is for future reference. I hope you give this a try as well and let me know how you like it. 4lbs green mustard 12 cups of water 1tbs sanpatong sweet rice 4tbs salt 2tbs sugar 1tsp msg 1 gallon jar I like to eat this when it becomes a darker green. You can eat this 2-3 days depending on weather temperature etc but I like to give it alot more time to the taste I prefer. So taste test it when you want and leave outside (covered) until your liking. Then keep cool in the fridge. I'll try to make another video on what you can eat it with and how we like to eat it. But if you've had this before you already know. But why not.
