Zimmerman v. Crump - Benjamin Crump On CBS News Acting As If HE Is The Prosecutor

Description

Here is attorney Benjamin Crump appearing on CBS This Morning. What's bizarre and ridiculous about this video is that Crump is NOT the prosecutor, but here he is again talking on behalf of the State. Why does this matter? IMO, this is significant evidence that State Attorney Angela Corey-Nifong is in cahoots with this guy. Where Angela Corey-Nifong is prohibited by law to comment on the case, it is clear from Crump's actions (including hundreds of media appearances) that she is using Crump as a conduit to publicly malign George Zimmerman, foment hatred and ridicule, and deny George Zimmerman due process and justice. This is also criminal because Crump is no different than you or I, he is a civilian bystander. Factually and legally he has no standing to appear on TV opining on the facts, evidence, proceedings, motions, trial, counsel, and other matters. Think about it, do you recall any case in the past (Casey Anthony, for example) where a HACK personal injury attorney (aka "ambulance chaser") appears five times weekly to comment about an ongoing criminal prosecution? I have followed a lot of cases and I can't recall there ever being an attorney, who has a financial interest in how the criminal case turns out, openly conspiring as Crump has done. What's really going on here is Crump is acting on behalf of the prosecutors (again, who under state law are prohibited from talking about an active case). Corey admitted her relationship with Crump when at her press conference she GLEEFULLY announced she was charging George Zimmerman with murder). How best to get around the prosecutor's "gag order?" She colluded with Crump to do her public bidding. I have no doubt that evidence will show Corey and Crump strategizing over the case from day one after her appointment as special prosecutor. Phone records, e-mails, and other communications will show Angela Corey-Nifong significantly interfacing with Crump, Natalie Jackson, and others.
