Lisa's coaching career began over 20 years ago in the health and wellness industry as a personal trainer and triathlon coach.  She eventually created her niche in mind-body wellness where she took an integral approach to helping her clients achieve their health and wellness goals. Realizing that she had a bigger purpose to fulfill, she turned her focus towards working with visionaries, thought leaders and social entrepreneurs to use their natural gifts of connection and communication to awaken human and social potential._   Her Story:  _My background is in health and fitness.  I was a competitive runner for 20+ years and a competitive triathlete for 17 years.  I went to school for exercise physiology because I was pretty much obsessed with how we can take our body to it's highest level of performance.  Right out of school I started coaching (runners and triathletes) and worked as a personal trainer.  After a decade of doing that, I realized that I was more interested in the effect our mind has on our body so I transitioned my coaching to focus more on that.  Along the way I accumulated (way too many) certifications... life coach, EFT practitioner, Music therapy, movement based healing arts... and a lot more.  I combined all of these into my coaching and started presenting nationally at conferences and for organizations like USA Triathlon on the mind-body connection and peak potential_ _That still wasn't really doing it for me.  In my early 30's I left my marriage and became a single mom.  Went through a really tough 4-5 years.  Came out the other side and wrote my book: Breathe Run Breathe: Ancient Breathing Practices to TurnYour Daily Run Into An Effortless, Revitalizing and Mindful Practice.  I also created a 3 month program by the same name-- which is really a personal development program disguised as a running program, incorporating breath work (pranayama), spiritual principles and .... running_   We are looking forward to hearing more about what makes Lisa tick!
