Rhubarb pie 4 c. Chopped rhubarb 1&1/3 c white sugar 6 tbsp flour 1 tbsp butter 2 9 in pie crust Combine the flour and sugar in a bowl and mix well Lay out the bottom pie crust in pie plate and sprinkle 1/4 of flour/sugar mix in bottom pie of the pie crust Mix the chopped rhubarb into the flour/sugar mix to coat the rhubarb Place all the rhubarb and flour/sugar mix into you pie crust Cover with top crust and seal up your pie Pre-heat over to 450 degrees Place pie on lowest over rack and bake for 15 mins at 450 degrees Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake am additional 40-45 minutes You can serve warm or chilled
