Hezbollah has issued a statement condemning the recent terrorist bombings in Turkey in which dozens of civilians were killed or wounded near the Syrian border. In the statement, Hezbollah has claimed that the bombings carry the fingerprints of criminal international intelligence agencies that aim to create instability, strife and unrest in these countries. Analysts say the bombings show the Syrian crisis is spilling over intoTurkey, whereas Ankara points the finger at Damascus in planning the attack, to gain leverage during international negotiations on Syria. Western officials are concerned that fundamental groups will eventually spill the Syrian situation over into Turkey. The resistance movement also called for unity efforts to fight terrorism that targets innocent civilians, offering its condolences and sympathy to the Turkish people and the families of the victims.
