OBAMATRADE SECRETS Must We Pass the Bill to See What's In It

Description

So, is the new so-called 'ObamaTrade' good or bad for Americans? The proposed 12-nation Trans-Pacific Partnership (or TPP for short) is the latest bill targeted for fast-track passage by the Obama administration, with support by Republican leaders and opposition by some Democrats! Bloomberg reports, "On one side of the equation, the proposed Trans-Pacific Partnership (or TPP) will increase corporate exports. On the other side, labor leaders, internet freedom activists, environmentalists, seniors and even nuns have joined the push to defeat TPP (aka ObamaTrade) based on fears it will cost U.S. jobs and depress wages. Wall Street Journal reports, "Divisive trade legislation survived a key vote in the Senate on Thursday May 21st, bringing the measure one step closer to what is expected to be a more difficult path in the House next month." Politico reports, "The ratio of opposing calls to those in favor of the trade agreement is 25 to 1, or worse." TTP opponents are far more diverse than the coalition that unsuccessfully tried to torpedo Bill Clinton's North American Free Trade Agreement with Mexico and Canada, known as NAFTA, which has been criticized for destroying half a million American jobs and lowering U.S. wages. Brietbart reports Senator Orrin Hatch admitting, "I Don’t Know Fully What’s in TPP Myself". But Michael Wessel, a commissioner on the U.S. Trade Deficit Review Commission, has read TPP and says it "Will Damage This Nation". Could this be another case of "Just trust us... we have to pass it so you can see what's in it"? What do you think of TPP? Please pass this video to family and friends.
