Description

One of the most unique and original sounds you'll currently hear. Moulettes are unclassifiable - it's folk, it's prog, it's the Penguin Cafe Orchestra, it's The Andrews Sisters - whatever it is - it's excellent! This number is from their current album 'The Bear's Revenge'. Although up to eight members played on the album, this tour, supporting The Crazy World of Arthur Brown, featured a sharp four-piece. How many bands have you seen recently with a cello, double bass, bassoon & percussion line-up - together with beautiful vocal harmonies? The band: Hannah Miller, vocals, cello, acoustic guitar; Ruth Skipper, vocals, bassoon, autoharp; Jim Mortimore, double bass, electric bass, backing vocals; Ollie Austin, drums, percussion, acoustic guitar, backing vocals. Sorry - lighting meant visuals not that great - but sound made it worth uploading.
