Noemie Delfassy founded Finer Flavors, a farm fresh packaged food company based out in Geneva, Switzerland. She studied IR and business administration at Boston University and then received an MBA from Harvard Business School in 2010, before starting her career as a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group. Drawing on her varied experiences, Noemie seeks to emphasize the importance of self-awareness; advising the audience to be bold and enjoy the ride, but crucially, 'with your eyes wide open'. Noémie Delfassy is working on the development of her venture, Finer Flavors. Finer Flavors was founded in 2014 to lead the way to a food system we can trust by making packaged foods as close as possible to real food. The first FRECIOUS product line of fresh veggie mixes helps professional chefs and home cooks alike prepare amazing meals and snacks effortlessly. Noémie’s prior professional experience has been focused on growth strategy, operations and change management. Most recently, she was responsible for strategic and operational oversight of the world’s largest chocolate manufacturer, Barry Callebaut, on behalf of its majority shareholder the Jacobs Holding A.G. She started her career as a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group in Dallas, Texas. Noémie studied international relations and business administration at Boston University, and received her MBA with honors from Harvard Business School in 2010. She lives in Geneva, Switzerland.
