Description

Eros is the story of three activists from the Occupied Valle Theatre who decide to leave Rome to travel around the Europe of crisis and resistances. The trip aims to track and cross the diameter that separates the opposite sides of a system on the edge of collapse: from Athens, where, just like the Valle Theater, a group of art and entertainment workers have occupied the theatre Emproz, to Frankfurt, where thousands of activists plan to block symbolically for a day the ECB activity. In each stage the occupants of the Teatro Valle will seek to make their practices and ideas contagious with the people they meet. The goal is to be able to form and inform each other, interweaving the experiences in order to build a common vocabulary and a new system of values to share. Eros racconta la storia di tre attivisti del teatro Valle che decidono di lasciare Roma per viaggiare attraverso l’Europa della crisi e delle resistenze. Il viaggio traccia e attraversa il diametro che separa i poli opposti di un sistema sull’orlo del collasso, da Atene, dove, come al teatro Valle, un gruppo di lavoratori dell’arte e dello spettacolo ha occupato il teatro Emprotz, a Francoforte dove migliaia di attivisti progettano di bloccare simbolicamente per un giorno le attività della BCE.In ogni tappa gli occupanti del teatro Valle cercheranno di contagiare le persone che incontreranno con le loro idee e le loro pratiche: L’obbiettivo è quello di formarsi e informarsi reciprocamente in modo da formare un vocabolario comune e un nuovo sistema di valori da condividere.
