Description

http://www.fibroids.com - Yooli first found out she had fibroids when she started dating her husband. They talked about marriage and children, but after learning that fibroids may affect her fertility, she panicked. She weighed her options between myomectomy and embolization. After researching and consulting with friends, she learned that after a myomectomy came "6 weeks of hell" with a 6-8 week recovery time and a great amount of pain. There was also a 50% chance of the fibroids growing back. Compared to myomectomy, embolization gave Yooli relief knowing it was unlikely that her fibroids would come back and her fertility would be preserved. Embolization was a "no brainer" for Yooli. One month after having the embolization, her bloating went down and her monthly periods went back to normal. In 2010, she gave birth to her first son vaginally and her fibroids weren't a problem. She is also currently pregnant with her second child. Her advice to women with fibroids: "Do your research. Get opinions and talk to people. See what other options are out there. With new conventions, the old conventions sometimes just don't work anymore." To learn more, visit http://www.fibroids.com or call 866-362-6463.
