Description

Grab a mat and a chair and you're ready for this bodyweight HIIT Workout! 1 round is around 10 minutes - we can all find 10 minutes in our day!! BEGINNERS: Rest as long as you need to in between exercises (just hit pause), but don't let your heart rate completely recover before moving on to that next move. You're going to complete this through one time! Intermediate: Twice through with as close to 10 sec rests as possible, and a 2-5 minute rest between rounds. Advanced: Three times through with only a 10 sec rest in between exercises, and a 2 minute rest between rounds.
