Description

Britain's Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visit police college and greet the crowds before they depart New Zealand with baby Prince George. Full Story: The British royals, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge lapped up some puppy love on their last leg of their New Zealand trip. The couple visited Wellington's Royal New Zealand Police College where they fussed over two German Shepard puppies -- police dogs in training.....with fashion-loving Catherine asking whether they ate all your shoes! They also witnessed first hand what it was like to be on the other side of the law...as some of the cadets demonstrated their techniques in aprehending criminals. During the visit Prince William and Catherine took time at the Memorial Wall to acknowledge police killed on duty and laid a wreath at the wall. Baby Prince George may not have been in attendance he wasn't forgotten. Kate was handed a toy puppy and there was also a baby-sized police T-shirt for the third in line to the throne. The royal couple did not let the rain dampen their visit, it was all smiles as they were serenaded with a New Zealand version of "I'm singing in the rain''. At the end of their 10 visit to New Zealand, William and Kate were greeted with cheers at the heart of the capital. Kate took shelter under a clear bubble umbrella so everyone caught a glimpse of her latest outfit: a skirt suit by New Zealand-born designer Rebecca Taylor. Finally the royal family -- with George in tow -- said farewell to Wellington, boarding a plane headed for Sydney and the start of the Australian leg of their three week tour.
