Ziegler. This video are highlights from a staged reading of two episodes that were presented in front of a live audience at The Museum Of Broadcast Communications in Chicago under the direction of Danny Salles (Joan & Melissa: Joan Knows Best?, Kathy Griffin's My Life on the D-List). I've Got a Life in Kalamazoo, is created, produced and written by the Emmy award-winning team of Teresa L. Thome and Patrick W. Ziegler of fubble entertainment, LLC. Described as a modern day "All In the Family." "I've Got A Life in Kalamazoo" is based on Thome's one-woman show, Warm Cheese. It features Nilah Hoyer (Lewis), a small town singer/performer who attempts to move her career to the next level. With her best friend, Clayton (Ziegler), living the fabulous life in Chicago urging her to move to the Windy City, and a husband, Kip (Jbara), who merrily rolls along with all the punches, this is finally her moment. With one phone call, a turn of events occurs and Nilah must stay in Kalamazoo -- reluctantly -- to care for her aging parents, Bob (Asner), her lovable, humorous and politically incorrect father, and Imelda (Ross), her domineering, hypochondriac mother. Fubble Entertainment (www.fubbleentertainment.com) is the creator of the Emmy award winning web series, Backstage Drama (www.backstagedrama.com). They also won two Emmys as executive producers for the children's television show, Come On Over!, which won a total of 13 Emmys. The fubble entertainment team has served as creative producers for the national festival of laughter, Gilda's LaughFest, producing shows with Betty White, Martin Short, Kevin Nealon, Wayne Brady, Jonathan Mangum and Alan Zweibel. They also serve as judges for the National Daytime Emmy Awards.
