This meditation is for everyone. Addition is rampant in our society. If it is not drugs and alcohol or pornography we get addicted to avoidance, to acceptance, to checking our cell phones, and to our own negative thoughts. To do this meditation sit straight and make sure you tune in first (see other video on this channel about tuning in). The chin is slightly in so that the spine is straight all the way up to the top of the head. Eyes are closed and the focus is on the brow point. The thumbs press into the temples. The mantra is Sa-Ta-Na-Ma which is chanted mentally as you press and release the back molars. The pressure from the thumbs sends a rhythmic reflex current into the central brain directly under the pineal gland. It is an imbalance in this area that makes physical and mental addictions seem impossible to break. This meditation corrects that imbalance. Start with 3 minutes and build up to 31 minutes per day. Even 3/day will make dramatic changes after 40 days.
