For more stories visit http://www.enca.com/ Western Cape, April 22 -- At least two thirds of Western Cape youths would have consumed alcohol by the time they turn 16. Half of them would also have smoked tobacco. These are the findings of a new survey of the Medical Research Council. Researchers say South African youths are becoming exposed to so-called gateway drugs at a younger age than before.
