At 19 years of age, Ali Brennen underwent a double lung transplant because of cystic fibrosis (CF). Sharron talks with her about her experience and what it's like to train for a 100 km bike ride just 8 months later. Ali is taking part in the "GearUp4CF" charity bike ride for cystic fibrosis.
