Description
We live in a fast paced world, that's for sure. If you have children in school you know how time flies. So, we're always working to keep up the pace with what's going on educationally. And whether it's in Bible, Literature, Science, P.E., or the arts, you'll find our students busy at work, too. We emphasize the study of reading great literature for knowledge and enjoyment. We incorporate the study of the great artists into our curriculum through picture studies and nature studies, finding that these lessons develop attentiveness and observation skills, and incorporates themes from art, math and science. We also keep our students up to date with technology in our computer lab and in the life sciences. (Watch our video to see a young man from our middle school comment on dissecting a frog.) We also make time every day for free-play for all grades. Even on the playground our students are "working" - free-play stimulates the intellect! We have more than 90 acres of land, a pond, woods, a track, organized sports, a 2,300 seat auditorium, and an Olympic-sized pool. We have high ideals with down-to-earth Christian values. Come visit us at Perimeter School and see for yourself
