Description

Practically every NBA player's game has been inspired by someone from the past. J.R. Smith, on the other hand, doesn't just learn from former greats, he also draws from the popular basketball video game NBA 2K. Following the Cleveland Cavaliers' 99-84 loss to the Toronto Raptors in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Finals, Smith and LeBron James were asked about Bismack Biymobo's finger wag during the contest, a clear homage to the originator of the gesture, Dikembe Mutombo. James responded by admitting that his fadeaway shot came from Michael Jordan while his no-look passes were inspired by Magic Johnson.
