Hello again. I'm back with some more hog adventures. A little backstory on this one. I bought Jonesy from a pet store where he had not been given the medical attention he needed after fighting with the other hogs in his pen. My fiancé Ray and I nursed him back to health. I was the one administering the meds and Ray was in charge of the after medicine love and cuddles, so Jonesy bonded with him very closely. Because of this, anything that smells like Ray is immediately Jonesy's favorite thing, which is why in the video he's tugging his shirt in an effort to drag it somewhere and curl up in it. After that. He does something called "anointing" where he arches back and licks his spines. He's trying to get Ray's smell in him. All hedgehogs do this, but it still weirds you out when you see it.
