Easy cake recipe for Mother's Day. Ingredients: Topping for cake: 1 cup butter (2 sticks) very soft room temperature 1 cup packed brown sugar 2 Tablespoons all purpose flour 2 Tablespoons cinnamon Cake Batter: 3 cups all purpose flour (440 grams) 1/4 teaspoon table salt 1 cup white sugar 4 teaspoons baking powder 1 and 1/2 cups milk 2 eggs 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1/2 cup or 1 stick butter, melted Glaze: 2 cups powdered sugar 5 Tablespoons milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract I used a 9 inch X 13 inch pan. Baked for 40 minutes @ 350F Thank you for watching!
