The DA CHIP project started back in 2008 as an open competition organised on the 8bitcollective website by two french artists, Je deviens dj en 3 jours and Zombectro. A jury composed of 3 chiptune artists, Random, GwEm & 8GB voted for the best tracks : it became the first DA CHIP compilation. 4 years after, DA CHIP is back with 12 new artists and it's still 100 % chip. "Veridis Quo" by Evil Wezil is the eleventh and last track of "Volume 1" by Da Chip.
