By digging into recent research in human behavior and thinking, Rob shares themes that can help people make better purchase decisions. Rob thinks a lot about how people buy and how organizations make purchase decisions. It’s both his job and his hobby. In his 11th year with Haworth, Inc., he is a Sales Facilitator, where he coaches field sales teams in face-to-face selling.
